Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Business Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitability and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis, reporting, and building accurate forecasts for both Operating Expenses (Opex) and Capital Expenditures (Capex). You will play a key part in the financial health and long-term profitability of the business. You will collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and accounting teams, building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead the financial planning process by building accurate forecasts for both Opex and Capex using standardized forecast templates.
Collaborate with management, operations, and accounting teams to perform detailed risk assessments and recommend improvements to business processes.
Develop clear, concise, and insightful performance reporting and analysis (e.g., monthly flash reports, margin analysis) to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and perform detailed problem-solving.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
