About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Consumer Lending Business Execution Senior Manager supporting audits. The candidate will be leading teams of Business Execution Consultants responsible for receiving, reviewing and responding to internal and external Audit engagements. The candidate will also be responsible for Issue sustainability execution and partnering with Consumer Bureau Management internal business leaders throughout the issue management lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations and/or Enterprise Policy, including reviewing language and comparing to adherence in operational processes
- Experience leading teams who execute efforts impacting multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with multiple businesses and functional areas and across all levels of the organization including Senior Leaders and Executives
- Experience identifying key risks, themes, trends, and outcomes throughout the Audit Engagement Lifecycle, to include escalating matters of concern to Business Leaders.
- Front line risk/control experience with an emphasis on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), issue management
- or equivalent experience identifying key operational and regulatory risks within a business process and mitigating that risk via effective, well designed controls.
- Leads and influences partnerships with business process owners by consulting and providing expertise and strategic direction in the control design to effectively mitigate risks, including design of effective means of measurement.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with experience and comfort interacting with senior and/or executive management levels of large organizations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
This position will be a hybrid schedule for posted locations only.
Travel up to 25% aligned to this role.
