Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience

- Define and enforce records management policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements, Internal governance frameworks
- Oversee record lifecycle management Creation, Classification, Retention, Archival / disposition
- Ensure accuracy of metadata, taxonomy, and classification standards
- Monitor Metadata aging issues, Classification gaps, Drive data quality improvements through scorecards and root cause analysis
- Identify and implement Process optimization opportunities, Automation solutions (workflow, reporting, AI-enabled insights)
- Drive initiatives like Dashboard automation (Power BI), Data polishing (Alteryx)
- Develop and manage RM dashboards and Compliance reports
- Provide Trend analysis and Performance metrics to leadership
- Manage Work migration from onshore to offshore and Transition planning & execution
- Ensure Standardized processes, SLAs and delivery quality
- Lead and mentor team members
- Drive Skill development (RM policies, tools like Relativity, SharePoint, etc.) and Knowledge sharing sessions
- Build SME capability within team
- Ensure all business/process documents like SLAs, BPDs, BCP, SIPOCs, KOPs are created and updated on a timely manner and are being signed off accordingly and creating training materials on various subjects
- Develop talent while maintaining focus on Diversity & Inclusion and there is no noncompliance to D&I policy at I&P level and Enterprise level
- Build an ecosystem of trust and care by providing consistent, considerate, and respectful leadership and attrition % for all the TM as per the agreed standards
- Ensure regular one to one with team members and timely rewards & recognition

Skills Required
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Experience with records management, retention, classification, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing, mentoring, hiring, and developing teams
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Relativity, SharePoint, or similar RM and analytics tools
- Experience driving process optimization, automation, and dashboard/reporting development
