Commercial Banking (CB) is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the CB Business Execution & Readiness team. This person will specialize in analysis of new and existing content, content certifications, change impact analysis, development of project and implementation plans, management of intake requests, other key projects working directly with internal customers and partners, management of feedback related to our line of business portal, and project support to advance collaboration with our global publishing team.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution & Readiness team and Commercial Banking and other lines of business leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Build project plans and manage them independently. Drive results, strategize and work with business partners to plan and execute
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Assess, analyze and make business recommendations to leadership around content strategy and other projects as assigned. Review multiple data points, understand and assess impacts, and make strategic recommendations
- Build and execute implementation plans
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Identify and implement ways to simplify work activities, improve process, efficiency and performance including through testing and learning via new strategic approaches (e.g. incorporation of AI)
- Exercise independent judgment in daily job responsibilities to guide project deliverables
- Collaborate with content management team to determine strategy and manage required volume of work from initiation through completion for larger scale initiatives
- Put together presentations and analysis to communicate recommendations based on detailed analysis of large sets of data
- Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives reporting directly to the Portal Strategy manager and a matrixed Content manager
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience strategizing and collaborating with business partners and key stakeholders to plan, and execute project work related to managing procedures, control documentation, product information and other related content
- Ability to drive accountability for assigned initiatives
- Experience performing impact assessments and audience analysis through fact finding and data. Identify creative approaches to solve complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Ability to make decisions in multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of Commercial Banking products and services, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Experience contributing to sustainability of team and its resources through deliberate management of internally facing resources throughout their lifecycle
- 2+ years in financial services industry experience with a strong preference for experience in Commercial Banking or Commercial Investment Banking
- Strong communication skills with specific ability to communicate effectively regarding status and escalations, both written and verbally
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Drive successful execution of business initiatives leading to change adoption and sustainability; plan, prioritize and deliver results
- Facilitate meetings, lead discussions and distill complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
