Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join our Platform Coaching and Support team within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). The Business Execution Associate will provide consultative service to the Financial Advisor and field support staff on their platform tools through inbound calls and resolving emails in the PC&S inbox and escalations. In this role, you will:
- Provide quality, consultative service to the field regarding Financial Advisor (FA) and Digital Platform tools and applications such as Advisor Gateway, eSign, Client Management, Client Review Center and eMoney®.
- Provide how-to and navigational training and assistance through inbound call support and/or inbox and escalations.
- Participate in all required training and remain current on all application releases and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area.
- Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs, and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve performance.
- Partner with different Product Teams stay ahead of updates as well as raise their hand when issues arise.
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with other Platform Support colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
- Coaching and training experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing: growing a business or portfolio of clients
- Experience supporting Advisor Gateway, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Job Expectations:
