  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Product Operations, and Product Marketing. Act as the primary project leader for all technical integrations and go-to-market initiatives with OEM partners.

  • Own the strategy and execution of key industry events and sales initiatives. Define event goals, manage logistics, and measure ROI to ensure alignment with business development objectives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex partner and customer escalations. Consult with stakeholders and internal support teams to manage and deliver timely and effective resolutions.

  • Plan and lead subject matter expert (SME) meetings when applicable, including content development, agenda building, and participant engagement—ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ongoing product education.

  • Act as a key liaison with operations and marketing teams to manage launch timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with product and feature release schedules.

  • Encompassing the strategic development, creation, maintenance, and distribution of comprehensive marketing, sales, and training materials that clearly articulate the business value of OEM partner solutions

  • Actively collaborate with PAMs and resellers to drive engagement and adoption of OEM programs, contributing to business development and partner growth strategies.

  • Maintain internal resources including team wikis and documentation repositories, ensuring team members have access to up-to-date promotional material, presentations, and resources.

  • Deliver white-glove onboarding support to high-profile customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the enrollment and ramp-up phases.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management/Inventory Management/Technical Sales

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously, even under pressure and with fast-changing deadlines.

  • Exhibits high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, complemented by excellent proofreading abilities, ensuring precision in all deliverables.

  • Commands excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • A strong team player with the ability to build and maintain robust interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.

  • Leads by example and serves as a primary escalation point for complex issues from team members, management, and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Deeply understands customer business needs, focusing on delivering solutions that address their challenges and drive mutual success.

  • Technically competent with essential business software programs, including advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for reporting and collaboration.

  • Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a flat organizational structure and adapting quickly to evolving priorities and environments.
