Job Summary
- Develop and communicate the EAME Strategic Agenda with Sub‑regional and Sales Group Leaders.
- Own and update strategy review materials aligned with regional priorities.
- Lead strategy tracking activities, dashboards, and corrective action follow‑up.
- Identify, shape, and execute key regional business development opportunities with cross‑functional partners.
- Design, manage, and report on strategic workstreams contributing to EAME Strategy 2029.
- Support global initiatives, including NPS improvement and Data Governance.
- Enhance commercial processes by recommending harmonization and efficiency improvements.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver regional commercial training programs.
- Manage the regional business calendar, including pipeline reviews, business reviews, and recognition programs.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities.
