  • Identify and Cultivate New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new market segments that can benefit from our performance-oriented digital advertising solutions. Develop strategies to engage with these prospects effectively.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Utilize your sales expertise to connect with potential clients, understand their unique marketing challenges, and position our digital marketing strategies as the 'best-fit' to drive the clients' desired business outcomes. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process--from initial contact, to proposal development and presentation, to negotiation and purchase--ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have along the way.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Set ambitious sales and revenue targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them. Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • In-Person and Virtual Meetings: Conduct both in-person and virtual appointments with clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals and effectively demonstrating our ability to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a keen ability to ask clients the right questions and offer tailored marketing strategies that align with the "customer journey" as well as the key marketing challenges and measurement expectations of our clients.
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and understanding of the SMB marketplace.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive growth and create value for clients, particularly SMBs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape in the relevant SMB industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to work remotely as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients.
  • Ability to handle and keep confidential information.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving history as determined by the Company for the purpose of meeting clients and attending events. (Driving record will be checked.)
  • Willingness to participate in learning and growth opportunities within and outside the Company.
  • Ability to function successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.

    • Dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other office equipment.
    • Requires the ability to think critically, strategically, and to articulate information in a clear and concise manner to others verbally and in writing.
    • Read, hear and speak clearly.
    • Prepare reports, business correspondence, and business proposals.
