Reporting into the Business Development Manager, you will assist Red Bull in expanding product availability through conducting audits, capturing in-store insights and supporting the implementation of changes in-store with the objective of increasing visibility of our brand resulting in sales growth. Your main priority is capturing information on the current state of your territory through our audit process and then developing accounts across all the segments of business.
Job DescriptionACCOUNT AUDITING
Conduct daily account audits, including an examination of a store’s current beverage situation to assess overall state of business, whether we are being sold, and future potential.
Capture insights including beverage availability, energy drink availability, current means of distribution, product sourcing (if/where the account is purchasing Red Bull from)/pricing, distribution preferences and any potential gaps or challenge).
Create a clear view of a store's operations, allowing us to make decisions that can enhance performance. Information capture will help reconcile our existing account base, understand market conditions and dynamics, and inform future business cases.
Provide insights and help identify areas where improvements can be made, such as optimizing SKU availability or cold equipment.
Follow-up with stores to ensure implementation of changes.
IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
You will provide feedback and recommendations to the leadership team regarding competitive threats and business opportunities, while also completing all necessary administrative tasks.
You will utilize audit tools to report on in-store metrics.
Performing management-assigned tasks, identifying alternative market routes for potential future distribution agreements, and working locally to finalize and accelerate distribution processes will be essential for success in this role.
CUSTOMER PROSPECTING
You will take charge of a designated account base within a specified geographic area, which includes traditional On-Premise and Off-Premise stores as well as Non-Traditional outlets.
You will build strong relationships with new customers on assigned routes, ensuring premium execution in outlets according to the channel and segment strategy.
You will enhance execution standards by prioritizing the availability of the appropriate product assortment.

PRIORITIES
Thoroughly complete audit in assigned territory.
Improve SKU availability, focusing on the Core 4 (ED, SF, Sea Blue, Yellow).
Ensure competitive pricing by utilizing SRPs and EDLPs.
Enhance in-store execution and boost brand visibility.
Goals include: weekly calls completed, new accounts opened, new points of Distribution secured, Core stores secured with ED/SF, chilled availability secured.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED
1+ years of experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss.
Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job • Valid driver’s license • Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math.
You will work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, excelling at autonomy.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $69,000 - 103,500 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
