Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and industry trends.
- Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
- Help in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or social media to introduce the company and its services.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead information and sales activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and connect with potential clients.
- Gather and analyze feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and approaches.
- Actively engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to develop skills in sales and business development.
- Recently graduated with a strong interest in business development and sales.
- Hands-on experience in related fields is a plus.
- Eagerness to explore and learn about sales strategies and client relations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with others.
- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
