This position is open in the Expansion team, and the main responsibility of the Business Development Specialist / Expansion Specialist is full ownership of the process for launching new cities: managing cross-functional teams (marketing, driver operations, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch new cities and prepare reports on key data. 
  • Lead teams across different areas (like marketing and driver operations). 
  • Track and improve business performance by launching initiatives to attract and engage new users. 
  • Work on product development by testing ideas in product, marketing, and operations with different teams. 
  • Help develop strategies by researching the market, analyzing competitors, and shaping plans.

Qualifications
  • 1 years of experience in ride hailing B2B B2C delivery or e-commerce marketplaces in data driven roles business product ops analyst preferably with B2C products. 
  • Strong analytical skills comfortable with numbers and data driven problem solving. 
  • Experience in product experiments and result analysis. 
  • Proficient in building financial models and forecasts. 
  • Skilled in generating and testing hypotheses through MVP solutions. 
  • Willingness to travel for business. 
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business or Mathematics.

Skills Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in ride-hailing, B2B, B2C, delivery, or e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in data-driven business, product, operations, or analyst roles involving B2C products
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data-driven problem solving
  • Experience conducting product experiments and analyzing results
  • Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts
  • Ability to generate and test hypotheses through MVP solutions
  • Willingness to travel for business
