The Corporate Sales Team & What We Do
Working in our Corporate Sales team, you will have an instant impact on a great team with great solutions! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Omnissa by focusing on inbound qualification and outbound prospecting efforts. You will work on generating leads, qualifying inbound prospects, and executing outbound outreach campaigns to identify new opportunities and initiate relationships with potential clients.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing leads. You’ll engage with prospects and customers, qualifying their needs and ensuring the smooth transition to the sales team for further opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and help grow the EMEA market.
Languages Required
- Fluent in Polish, Czech, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic or German (English is also required)
- Additional languages are preferred, Multi lingual candidates will be prioritised
What are the performance outcomes over the first 6 months you will work toward completing?
- Within 15 days of employment, you will become familiar with the Omnissa portfolio and use cases by completing a mixture of online training and 121 sessions with the team and other parts of the business.
- Within 30 days, you will be able to qualify inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting strategies, and be comfortable scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Within 90 days of employment, you will be actively qualifying inbound leads and contributing to outbound prospecting efforts. You will be familiar with business processes and how the organization is structured, and you will be proficient in understanding the Omnissa portfolio. You will actively contribute to the sales team pipeline and play a key role in outbound prospecting efforts.
- Within 180 days, you will be proficient in identifying and qualifying new prospects. You will actively contribute to your team’s sales pipeline and play a key role in outbound prospecting efforts.
What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- A persistent, self-starter with a track record of success in lead generation or prospecting
- Be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Qualifying inbound leads and identifying new outbound prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
- Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Delivering weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Attend weekly Sales training/team meetings and share your knowledge
You will collaborate closely with our exceptional Regional Sales Managers, Andreas Pollmann and, Thomas Templier, as well as with Michael Jackson, our EMEA Corporate Sales Director, who leads the Digital Sales Center in Barcelona.
