Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)



Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying dark accounts, responding to leads, following up on outbound campaigns, and managing chat conversations to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dark Account Identification: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify dark accounts (potential customers who have not yet engaged with our sales team).
  • Lead Response: Promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify their needs, and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Outbound Campaign Follow-up: Execute follow-up activities for outbound marketing campaigns to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Chat Management: Engage with website visitors via chat to answer inquiries, qualify leads, and direct them to appropriate resources or team members.
  • Lead Nurturing: Maintain and nurture relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a BDR, sales, or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry or a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with dark account identification techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience managing chat conversations with potential customers.
