Business Development Representative (BDR) – Entry-Level Sales
Location: Remote | Compensation: $40K base + commission & bonus | Training: Paid & comprehensive

What You’ll Do
In your first 90 days, you’ll:
- Learn Foley’s products and how they impact customers
- Build your technical toolkit and sales strategy
- Research prospects and identify decision-makers
- Educate and qualify leads, overcome objections, and set expectations
- Follow structured outreach cadences to generate interest
- Meet activity targets for outbound calls and lead engagement
- Document and manage leads using our CRM system
- Collaborate with Sales Team Members to hand off qualified leads
- Develop skills for promotion into a full closing role
