Description

Business Development Representative (BDR) – Entry-Level Sales

Location: Remote | Compensation: $40K base + commission & bonus | Training: Paid & comprehensive

At Foley, we’re transforming how companies recruit, screen, and monitor drivers through our innovative B2B SaaS platform. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for ambitious, energetic individuals ready to launch their sales careers in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

In your first 90 days, you’ll:

  • Learn Foley’s products and how they impact customers
  • Build your technical toolkit and sales strategy
  • Research prospects and identify decision-makers
  • Educate and qualify leads, overcome objections, and set expectations
  • Follow structured outreach cadences to generate interest
  • Meet activity targets for outbound calls and lead engagement
  • Document and manage leads using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Sales Team Members to hand off qualified leads
  • Develop skills for promotion into a full closing role
