What this role is all about
As a Business Development Representative at Infobip, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to identify customer needs, position Infobip’s solutions, and create quality sales opportunities. This role is designed as a foundation for long-term career growth, combining continuous learning, modern sales methodologies, and hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will gain exposure to global sales processes, campaign-based pipeline generation, and leading sales engagement tools while developing your commercial and communication skills.
What you’ll do
- Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
- Identify customer segments, business needs, and verticals early in conversations to route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams using account-based sales approaches and campaign-driven pipeline generation
- Build knowledge of Infobip’s solutions and how they address customer business challenges
- Maintain accurate forecasting and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting activities and maintain data quality
- Qualify inbound leads when required and support lead management activities across the region
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to continuously develop sales and communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written

- Detail-oriented and structured in approach to tasks and communication
- Motivated to learn, take ownership, and collaborate closely with team members
- Comfortable using digital communication channels and learning new sales technologies and tools
