About the Job

The Business Development Representative is a key part of our growth team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, self-motivated, and excited to dive into all aspects of pipeline creation, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.  If you're a driven self-starter who's eager to learn by doing, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and ready to build connections that drive real impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying high-potential prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and securing qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads to assess fit and readiness, routing high-quality leads to the Account Executives.
  • Research prospective accounts and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and craft tailored outreach strategies.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market approach and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with modern sales tools, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to build a successful career in sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Location: Austin, TX regional area or surrounding areas are preferred for occasional in-person strategy and alignment sessions.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
