Lead the Document Processing department through Processing Supervisors, setting KPIs, staffing plans, operating standards, and performance expectations. Improve efficiency, quality, retention, and throughput by redesigning workflows, reducing rework, evaluating automation, and analyzing operational trends. Own SOPs and audit-ready controls, sponsor tool and process implementations, partner with HR on employee matters, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Client Success to address processing issues.

Serve as primary client contact to build and grow relationships, manage day-to-day requests, resolve issues, and align expectations. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects, analyze compliance reports to improve outcomes, and drive client retention in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Lead and scale revenue systems, processes, and tooling (HubSpot-centric) to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. Manage GTM reporting, forecasting, data governance, lead/account routing, territory design, compensation tooling, and post-sale operations. Implement automation and AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting, prioritization, and rep productivity while partnering with revenue leaders and cross-functional teams.
