Description

At Tufin, we’re on a mission to simplify and automate network security for global enterprises. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of that mission — sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and driving the pipeline that powers our growth.

This seat is a launch pad. Account Executives carrying quota across EMEA today started right here, and the path from BDR to full-cycle rep is a route we have run before. If your goal is to sell enterprise software, this is the way in.

EMEA isn’t one market, it’s a dozen. Based in the UK, you’ll prospect across the region in English and in a second language — reaching the right person in their own language before a competitor does. That skill is also what makes you valuable as a rep later.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Build and run outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) into target accounts, and consistently convert that activity into qualified appointments for your reps
  • Prospect in both English and your second language, adapting messaging to the market you’re calling into
  • Research and reach the right stakeholders inside complex organizations
  • Navigate objections live and find another way in when the front door is closed
  • Maintain clean, accurate prospect and account data in Salesforce
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and lift conversion

Where This Role Goes:

  • An entry step to a career as a full-cycle Account Executive — reps carrying quota today came up through this seat. This is a training ground for a future role in sales
  • Weekly call coaching, pipeline reviews, and live deal exposure alongside the reps you support
  • Training in the full enterprise sales motion — discovery, qualification, and multithreading — not just the top of the funnel
  • 18–24 months of at-or-above-target performance is the realistic gate. We’d rather be straight with you than oversell the timeline
  • A second language plus enterprise selling skill is a rare combination in this market. You leave here more valuable than you arrived
Requirements

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of full-time professional experience. This isn’t a straight-out-of-university role — we want people who’ve held a real job and know what showing up looks like
  • Sales experience is welcome but not required. Career changers do well here: recruiting, teaching, hospitality, customer service, and account management all translate
  • Software or SaaS exposure is a plus, as is familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in English plus at least one of French, Italian, Spanish — further languages a strong plus
  • Ideal candidate is tenacious and action-oriented, but also self-aware to know where they can improve; this person proactively seeks out coaching and feedback
  • Holder of the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Driven by a long-term goal of becoming a full-cycle Account Executive, and patient enough to earn it
  • Gritty and hungry — you’d rather make the 126th call than stop at 100
  • Creative and quick on your feet; you treat “no” as information, not a verdict
  • An exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • Self-motivated: responsible, accountable, and coachable
  • Curious about AI tools, with evidence you’ve already used them to work faster
