About the Position

The Business Development Representative (UK Market) plays a key role in driving new partnerships within the UK.
This position requires someone who understands the dynamics of the UK property and investment market, including investors, developers, building management and property groups.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of UK investors, developers, building management and property groups.
  • Identify property acquisition opportunities aligned with UK market demand patterns.
  • Conduct structured outreach and value-led conversations with UK-based partners.
  • Track pipeline movement, engagement, and progress in the CRM with consistent accuracy.
  • Meet weekly and monthly expectations for outreach activity, qualified opportunities, and meeting generation.
  • Qualify potential partners, assessing portfolio viability and long-term value.
  • Maintain structured pipeline tracking through the CRM.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Business Development or Partnership Acquisition.
  • Prior experience working within the UK market is a plus (property, relocation, travel, corporate housing, or related fields).
  • Strong ability to build commercial relationships and handle structured outreach.
  • Solid pipeline management and CRM competence.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to articulate value clearly to UK stakeholders.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Friday
09:00 to 18:00 (Uk time)
Location: In Office — Cape Town CBD, South Africa
Schedule: Full-Time
