Owns global end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, assessments, talent pipeline development, onboarding, and manager collaboration. Also manages core HR operations such as contracts, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance and leave tracking, probation reviews, offboarding, compliance support, and monthly HR reporting. The role is fully remote and supports a global workforce.
