How you will make a difference: 

  • Drive new business growth by securing meetings and opportunities in the Spanish market using a multi-channel outreach strategy.
  • Uncover client needs and clearly communicate how Safeguard's services and solutions can solve their pain points and add value.
  • Map out key decision-makers within target accounts and tailor outreach strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and stay connected with prospects, nurturing those who may not yet be fully qualified.
  • Expand and maintain a robust prospect database to fuel future sales efforts and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Accurately log and track sales activities in Salesforce to ensure up-to-date insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Meet and exceed targets by executing strategic sales activities aligned with agreed-upon KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the brand and drive engagement through events, trade shows, and exhibits, amplifying business growth.

  • Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience – A strong track record in driving new business opportunities, inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the Spanish market.
  • Expert in Prospecting – Proven experience identifying, contacting, and cold calling potential customers.
  • Fluent Spanish and English Language skills – Fluent communication to connect with prospects in their language.
  • Exceptional Time Management – Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven & Competitive Mindset – Tenacious, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company’s success.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills – You know what to say, but more importantly, how and when to say it – both written and verbal.
  • Confident Negotiator & Influencer – Comfortable engaging with C-Level Executives and key decision-makers.
  • Results-Oriented Approach – Focused on achieving targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive – A hands-on attitude with the drive to take ownership of your role.  
  • Tech-Savvy – Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and/or SalesLoft.
