As a Business Development Representative (m/f/d) at Forterro, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for promoting and selling Forterro's products and services. Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads, including existing customers targeted for cross/up-selling, prior customers, and potential new customers.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relations by providing prompt and accurate services.
- Proactively sell targeted products/services as part of customer interactions.
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match Forterro's offerings.
- Work towards sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Respond to customer-initiated calls to activate services, request changes in products/services, and resolve any product, service, or billing issues.
- Keep track of customer interactions and follow up to close sales effectively.
- Liaise with Forterro Finance teams as required for billing and other financial aspects of sales transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
- Report sales performance and any customer feedback to the management.

- Fluent in either Spanish, French or Polish + sufficent English skills for internal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

- Strong phone presence and experience in telephonic sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
