As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential dealership partners into active users of our digital auction platform. You will play a crucial role in building our pipeline, educating dealers on the benefits of our marketplace, and driving growth. This is a high-energy, high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Prospect & Qualify Leads Identify and engage dealer partners who have already started registering with DealerClub, help them finish their registration through outbound calls, emails, texts and video conference.
Educate & Build ValueClearly communicate the benefits of our platform, overcoming objections and addressing dealer pain points.
Schedule & Set Demos Book meetings to showcase our auction platform and onboard new dealers.
Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate records in the CRM, track progress, and follow up with dealers to ensure engagement.
Collaborate with Sales & MarketingWork closely with Account Managers and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Hit & Exceed GoalsConsistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For:
 

Sales-driven mindsetYou love engaging with dealers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skillsAbility to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
Self-starter attitudeMotivated to hit goals and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Tech-savvyComfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital platforms.
Experience in automotive sales, B2B sales, or digital marketplaces is a plus but not required.

Salary Range

$73,000.00-89,450.00
