About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us expand our presence across the DACH region.

Your mission is simple: create new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, reaching out through outbound calls and emails, starting conversations, qualifying interest and building a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit existing relationships. You'll create opportunities from scratch, working with carefully selected prospect lists and a proven outbound process. This is a hybrid role based in Kraków or Warsaw (2–3 days per week from the office).

What You Will Bring to the Team

Must-haves:

  • Native or near-native German, both spoken and written. Your communication should feel natural and effortless during phone conversations.

  • Experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development or another client-facing commercial role. We care more about your skills than your previous job title.

  • Confidence in cold calling and cold emailing, or a strong willingness to develop these skills quickly.

  • Basic experience working with HubSpot or another CRM system.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised while managing a high volume of outbound activities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.

  • Experience working with the DACH market.

  • Exposure to the commercial real estate or PropTech industry.

  • English communication skills.

Your Mission

Build relationships before they exist.

  • You'll proactively reach out to companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland through outbound calls and email campaigns.

  • You'll identify potential customers, understand their business challenges and qualify whether SINGU is the right fit for their needs.

  • You'll work from segmented prospect lists prepared by our Sales Operations team while continuously identifying new opportunities where appropriate.

  • You'll hand over qualified leads to our DACH Sales team, ensuring a smooth transition into the next stage of the sales process.

  • You'll maintain accurate records of all activities, conversations and lead statuses in HubSpot.

  • You'll collaborate closely with the Head of BDRs and the wider CEE Business Development team to continuously improve outbound processes, messaging and campaign effectiveness.

  • You'll contribute to building a scalable outbound engine that supports SINGU's ambitious international growth plans.

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and isn't discouraged by hearing "not today."

You don't need years of experience as a BDR. Some of our best commercial hires came from customer service, recruitment, hospitality or retail sales. What matters most is your ability to communicate confidently, stay motivated and keep improving your approach.

You're naturally curious, ask good questions and genuinely enjoy understanding how businesses operate. You learn quickly, accept feedback and treat every conversation as an opportunity to get better.

You like working towards goals, take ownership of your results and understand that persistence is an important part of successful outbound sales.
