Responsibilities
- Research and create personalized outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with BDRs and Account Executives
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and move strong leads through the funnel
- Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives and arrange introductory meetings
- Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and responses to inbound inquiries
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualification
- Prepare high-quality handoffs to the sales team
- Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but did not initially convert into sales opportunities
- Work through lead lists efficiently while meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Consistently update activity, notes, and contact information within the CRM system
- Support weekly reporting and pipeline review efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and insights to improve targeting, messaging, and campaigns
- Demonstrate a strong drive to exceed past performance, consistently beating targets for lead generation and meeting setup
- Apply consultative selling and business development skills to meet or exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of top performance or prior success in sales, business development, or a related role
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Commercially focused and pragmatic, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Results-oriented and client-focused, with a strong obsession for delivering value
