This role will support Mastercard Services with lead identification, qualification, outreach coordination, and meeting scheduling for authorized regional sales teams.
As Mastercard Services continues to build and expand our relationships into new industries and buying centers, this role will be responsible for both inbound lead management / follow-up and outbound cold outreach activities (email, social media / LinkedIn, cold calls) for supporting the outreach to identified customer profiles / senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations, assist the regional sales team in booking the meetings with qualified personas to evaluate the business opportunities for Mastercard Services.
This role will be exposed to the broad Mastercard Services product set and collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Services B2B Marketing team of which this role is part.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute multichannel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, selective phone outreach) and manage inbound leads occasionally
Support outreach campaigns across European market and coordinate meetings with qualified leads, under the direction of regional sales team.
- Assist in preparing the high-quality, BANT-aligned documentation opportunities and consistently tracking the outcome of the activities undertaken.
- Act as a point of internal contact for assigned divisions, capability areas, and buying centers, while remaining flexible to support wider team priorities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Specialist teams to align messaging, priorities, and regional focus areas
- Share best practices, messaging, and learnings openly within the team group
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach effectiveness
- Stay current on Mastercard Services solutions, client challenges, and market trends across Europe
About You
- Able to navigate ambiguity and help shape ways of working in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, second language strongly preferred, ideally Turkish, Arabic, Chinese or Japanese.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar
- Confident initiating and managing outbound prospecting across multiple channels, with a digital first approach
- Able to navigate ambiguity and help shape ways of working in a rapidly evolving environment
- Proactive self-starter with strong ownership of pipeline tracking, outreach tracking and follow-up coordination.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), ideally targeting enterprise customers
