Buscamos un Business Development Representative, que se encargue de guiar a nuevos clientes y socios estratégicos en su proceso de integración con nuestra empresa. Será responsable de validar capacitaciones, certificaciones y requisitos iniciales, así como de gestionar la información en nuestros sistemas y realizar análisis de negocio para optimizar ventas y relaciones comerciales.
Responsabilidades principales- Onboarding de clientes:
- Coordinar capacitaciones y certificaciones necesarias para iniciar operaciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos contractuales y operativos.
- Gestión de información:
- Registrar y actualizar datos de clientes en el sistema interno.
- Mantener la base de datos limpia y actualizada.
- Habilitación de partners:
- Gestionar el proceso de alta y activación de socios estratégicos.
- Proporcionar recursos y soporte inicial para su operación.
- Análisis de negocio:
- Evaluar métricas de ventas, pagos y comportamiento de clientes.
- Generar reportes y recomendaciones para la mejora continua.
- Experiencia previa en Customer Success, Onboarding , Business developer o Partner Management
- Conocimiento en herramientas de CRM y gestión de datos.
- Habilidades analíticas para interpretar métricas de negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
