Business Development Rep

Job Purpose:  

販売店への製品（H3Cを中心としたネットワーク＆サーバ製品）の販売について当社営業が販売してゆくに際し、GoToMarketを企画・立案・実行する。

[具体的な職務内容]

・社内システムを活用したうえで、営業がどうすれば販売しやすいかツール（例えば価格表）の考案をすること。

・当社の営業に対して上長と相談しながら、ターゲット販売店を策定し、どのように販売すればよいか（営業トレーニングやSEトレーニング等）を考え実行すること。

・その実行の結果を通して、計画の修正や対応内容を変更したうえで、実績を最大化してゆくこと。

・SEや、ネットワーク・サーバに詳しい人員は別途要る為、そちらの意見もうかがいながら、計画立案、進捗管理をする。

このチームでは、上記をミッションとし、販売目標数字をKPIとして活動。

当社が扱うネットワーク＆サーバ製品の一層の販路拡大を目指して販売店がどのようにすれば、E/U様へ最大の効用を出せるかをチェックしながら、提案を行ってゆく、ビジネスディベロップメントを実施する。

ボーナスに相当するセールスインセンティブは、H3Cのネットワーク製品を起点としたH3C製品その他ネットワーク製品の販売実績、及びH3Cのサーバ製品を起点としたH3C製品その他、サーバ・ストレージ製品の販売実績により支払われる。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

必要資格特になし。（CCNAあれば尚可）

・PC操作

（Excel（四則演算、Vlook、Pivot）、Word(編集、図の挿入できれば尚可）、Power Point（プレゼン資料作成）

・ビジネスコミュニケーションスキルが伴ってること

・プレゼン資料作成可能

・ネットワーク・サーバ製品を販売した経験があり、そのように販売すると効果的なのかわかっておられる方、もしくは販売に意欲がある方。

若手～中堅

日本語（ネイティブレベル）

専門学校卒以上

★必須経験

・ICT業界営業もしくはBD経験（2年以上）

必要に応じ残業はあり。
