About FINN

FINN is a fintech company building simple and transparent products that improve financial well-being for employees. Our core offering gives people access to wages they have already earned, alongside tools to help them manage money better, build savings, access insurance, earn additional income, and use fairer financial services.

Founded in 2022, FINN is the largest player in the early wage access space in Southeast Asia and is expanding rapidly into new markets globally. We are looking for ambitious builders who take ownership, move fast, and want to shape products that create meaningful impact in people’s lives.

 About the Role

We're not looking for a resume — we're looking for a builder with a growth mindset. Someone who gets energy from opening doors that were closed, who can convince rooms with key management stakeholders to agree with them and who understands customers' needs. If you've never had "Sales" in your job title but you've spent your career convincing people, negotiating deals, managing stakeholders, or building something from nothing — we want to talk to you.

FINN is expanding fast, and this role sits at the center of that growth: signing partners, unlocking real value for our users, and making sure the whole thing actually works on the ground. It's four jobs in one, and that's the point — we need someone entrepreneurial enough to own all of them.

Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients and HR leaders through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • End-to-End Client Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, HR Directors) and position FINN's solutions as a must-have employee benefit.
  • Product Pitch & Commercial Negotiation: Confidently present FINN's products, handle complex objections, and lead commercial discussions to secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

2) Brand Partnerships & Member Rewards

  • Unlock Member Benefits: Actively scout, pitch, and negotiate with consumer brands, retailers, and service providers to secure exclusive promotions, discounts, and lifestyle rewards for FINN app users.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Continuously expand our network of merchant partners to increase the daily value of the FINN app, giving employees more reasons to engage with our platform beyond just early wage access.

3) B2B2C Marketing & Onsite Activation

  • The "Saleable" Success Lead: Use your charisma and marketing skills to "sell" the value of new features not just to HR stakeholders, but directly to the end-users (employees). Turn initial corporate interest into deep, long-term user adoption.
  • Strategic & Onsite Command: Lead onsite activations at client locations. You will be the face of FINN, driving B2B2C employee engagement campaigns and ensuring our platform is seamlessly integrated into their daily lives from "Day 1."

4) Analytical Grit & Performance Tracking

  • Data-Driven Troubleshooting: Use your analytical skills to track activation metrics and user funnels. Quickly identify what's working and what isn't, providing the Country Manager with the actionable data needed to scale.
  • Market & Client Insights: Gather feedback from clients and market trends to help shape sales strategies, improve the customer experience, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Performance Tracking: Diligently monitor sales activities, pipeline progress, and post-launch activation metrics using CRM tools, ensuring revenue and growth targets are consistently met.
 Who We're Looking For

We care far more about how you think and operate than what's on your CV. That said, here's what tends to make someone great in this role:

  • An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. You don't wait for a playbook — you build one. You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by ownership.
  • A track record of moving people and deals forward — this could be traditional B2B sales, but it could just as easily be stakeholder management, partnerships, networking-heavy roles, agency account work, event/community building, or running your own thing. If you've had to persuade, negotiate, and follow through to get results, that counts.
  • Comfort with numbers. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be the type who checks the spreadsheet before trusting your gut — and adjusts your approach when the data tells you to.
  • A natural marketer's instinct. You know that getting a company to sign a contract and getting its employees to actually use a product are two very different challenges, and you're excited by both.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, with the range to adjust your tone from boardroom to shop floor without missing a beat.
  • A problem-solver's patience for the practical stuff — you're willing to be the first line of troubleshooting when something doesn't work on launch day, and you figure it out rather than escalating.

We especially encourage people from non-traditional backgrounds to apply. If your experience doesn't map neatly onto "3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales" but you recognize yourself in the mindset and personality above, we want to hear your story.

Why Join Us?
  • Make a Real Impact: Take ownership of high-impact partnerships and play a key role in driving the company’s growth in the market.
  • Work Directly with Leadership: Partner closely with the Country Manager, with direct visibility into how your deals and partnerships translate into real business growth and customer impact.
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive package designed to reward strong performance, including attractive incentives for delivering results.
  • Regional & Global Exposure: Work with a diverse, multinational team across Asia and Europe, giving you exposure to different markets, cultures, and ways of working.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement that gives you the flexibility to work effectively both remotely and with the team in person.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close business partnerships
  • Experience persuading stakeholders, negotiating deals, managing relationships, or building initiatives from scratch
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, activation metrics, and performance data
  • Marketing instinct and ability to drive end-user product adoption
  • Ability to lead onsite activations and troubleshoot practical launch issues
  • Ability to monitor sales pipelines and activation metrics using CRM tools
