Key Responsibilities
- Lead SGS business growth and development across Croatia and Slovenia.
- In Slovenia, oversee P&L performance, operational effectiveness, and achievement of financial objectives.
- In Croatia, drive commercial growth, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial activities to increase revenue and market share.
- Represent SGS and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and values
Candidate profile:
- Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a similar commercial leadership role.
- Experience in a B2B service environment is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Croatian and/or Slovenian is considered an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
