We deliver test-preparation courses and personalized guidance for students seeking admission to boarding schools, undergraduate programs, and graduate degrees overseas. We are seeking a proactive "Rising Star" to join us as a Business Development Officer. In this role, you aren’t just managing—you are building. We need a logical thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to take projects from "Zero to One." You will identify growth opportunities, design new products from scratch, and lead them through to successful operations. - Zero-to-One Growth: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand EduSmith’s footprint in the EdTech landscape.
- Product Innovation: Initiate and design new products/projects based on data-driven insights and rigorous logical projections.
- Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and business modeling to launch plans and early-stage operations.
- Product Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize existing products to improve market fit and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Design and establish efficient workflows that allow new products to scale smoothly without bottlenecks.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the central hub across various departments to ensure seamless and effective project execution.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems systematically.
- Proficiency in creating business models and financial projections backed by sound data.
- A "Builder" mentality—you enjoy taking an idea from a blank page to a finished product.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on creating lean, efficient work processes.
- A high level of reliability and the ability to drive results independently.
- Prior experience in a Startup or EdTech environment; a proven track record of launching a product from scratch.
