主要职责
1. 产品国产化战略与业务开发
- 根据公司战略规划，和市场部密切合作，寻找商业机会，制定并推动中国市场产品本地化及国产化项目。
- 持续研究医疗器械市场趋势、竞争格局及国产替代机会。
- 挖掘符合公司战略方向的国产医疗器械产品及合作伙伴。
- 建立并维护国内优质制造商、研发企业及产业资源网络。
2. OEM/ODM合作伙伴开发与管理
- 识别、筛选及评估潜在OEM/ODM合作伙伴。
- 组织供应商尽职调查及资质审核。
- 整合内部团队资源，对合作企业进行技术能力、生产能力、质量体系及成本结构评估。
- 针对合作模式、合作协议，价格条款、知识产权保护及长期战略合作框架，主导具体商务谈判
3. 产品评估与项目管理
- 联合公司内部各部门，如研发、质量、法规及市场团队开展项目评估。
- 负责产品导入项目全过程管理及后续流程整合优化，包括但不限于产品筛选、技术评审、样品测试、临床验证（如适用）、注册申报支持、商业化上市、建立项目里程碑并推动跨部门协作。
4. 商业模式设计与盈利管理
- 建立产品引进及品牌授权业务模式。
- 负责产品成本分析、毛利测算及商业可行性评估。
- 推动国产化产品销售增长及利润目标达成。
- 制定产品生命周期管理计划。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；医学、生物工程、医疗器械、药学、材料学或相关专业优先；MBA优先考虑。
- 3年以上业务发展（BD）、战略合作、产品引进或采购管理经验；医疗器械行业国产化项目经验优先考虑；在基金及投资公司有类似国产化投资项目经验也可考虑。
- 具备OEM、ODM、License-in、品牌授权或产品引进项目经验；熟悉中国医疗器械产业链资源。
- 具备供应商审核及质量管理意识；
- 能独立开展市场调研、商业分析及项目评估；
- 具备较强的商务谈判能力及合同管理能力。
- 优秀的中英文沟通能力，可与海外总部进行商务沟通及项目汇报；
- 具有非常强的合规意识
- 优秀的逻辑能力，PPT、Excel等办公软件能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Bioengineering, Medical Devices, Pharmacy, Materials or related
- MBA
- 3+ years business development, strategic partnerships, product introduction, or procurement management experience
- Experience with medical device localization projects
- Experience in funds/investment companies with localization investment projects
- Experience with OEM, ODM, License-in, brand authorization, or product introduction projects and familiarity with China medical device industry chain resources
- Supplier audit experience and quality management awareness
- Ability to independently conduct market research, commercial analysis, and project evaluation
- Strong business negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills for overseas headquarters communication and reporting
- Strong compliance awareness
- Proficient in PPT and Excel; strong logical reasoning and office software skills
