Responsibilities :

1. Business Growth & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to increase revenue, market share, and profitability in the Food & Beverage sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — including new clients, sectors, and market segments within food & beverage manufacturing, processing, and facilities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to guide strategy and optimize sales approaches.

2. Customer & Account Management
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored solutions in cleaning, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.

  • Apply consultative selling techniques to strengthen long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty.

3. Operational & Tactical Execution
  • Lead commercial activities including proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closures aligned with company objectives.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, business reviews, and performance analyses.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, technical, finance, and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless execution.

4. Representation & Market Presence
  • Represent Diversey at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to reinforce brand visibility and thought leadership.

  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to food & beverage production and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field (depending on F&B specialization).

  • Typically 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — ideally within food & beverage, hygiene, sanitation, chemical, or industrial solution sectors.

  • Strong commercial, strategic thinking, planning, and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office software.

  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement.
