Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
Drive sales in Indonesia by targeting System Integration companies and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from Teltonika’s cutting-edge telematics solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks to establish strong relationships and grow the business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Indonesia through regular communication, presentations, and client visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet assigned sales goals for Indonesia’s telematics market.
- Represent Teltonika and its solutions at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in B2B hunter sales, with achievements you are proud to showcase.
- Experience in the GPS sector, telematics, or a system integration company is a must.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and cold calling to drive revenue growth.
- A basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- An organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven mindset.
