Position Overview:
Are you a commercially driven professional with a strong network and understanding of the office market? We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding the client base and driving new business opportunities. This position offers direct exposure to the company’s leadership and the opportunity to operate in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment where your contribution directly translates into business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development: Build and expand relationships with corporate clients, international occupiers, and senior decision-makers across the market.
Business Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the office occupier segment in Poland.
Mandate Origination: Win new advisory mandates through a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Owner and CEO on key growth initiatives and priority opportunities.
Negotiations: Lead and support complex negotiations with tenants, landlords, advisors, and delivery partners.
Advisory Delivery: Provide strategic guidance supported by market intelligence, financial analysis, and scenario planning.
Market Presence: Strengthen personal positioning in the market and represent the company with credibility and professionalism.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured and active pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and ongoing mandates.
Pitching & Proposals: Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective clients.
Integrated Solutions: Collaborate with workplace, design, fit-out, project management, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Industry Engagement: Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events in Poland and internationally.
Market Insights: Monitor occupier trends, market developments, and competitive activity within the office sector.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally within tenant representation, leasing, or advisory.
Business Development: Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the office leasing market and occupier dynamics.
Negotiation Skills: Confidence in navigating complex commercial discussions and influencing outcomes.
Commercial Mindset: Ability to operate in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Languages: Fluency in Polish and English.
Education: University degree, preferably in real estate, finance, or a related field.
