We are seeking a high-potential, results-driven sales professional to join us as a Sales Development Manager to lubricants portfolio.

During the first 12–24 months, you will focus primarily on:

  • Mastering our sales process

  • Building and growing your own territory

  • Demonstrating consistent sales success

  • Developing coaching capability

Following successful completion of this development period, you will take on formal responsibility for recruiting, training, and coaching new Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson looking to step into leadership and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Sales Growth
  • Develop new business within your assigned territory

  • Build and grow a strong, profitable customer base

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, warm and cold calling

  • Demonstrate best-practice consultative selling techniques

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Capability Development
  • Become an expert in the company’s sales methodology

  • Demonstrate strong planning, pipeline management, and forecasting

  • Build credibility as a high performer

  • Develop mentoring and coaching skills alongside experienced leaders

What We’re Looking ForExperience
  • Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in new account development

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong customer relationships

  • Experience mentoring or informally coaching others (desirable)
