We are seeking a high-potential, results-driven sales professional to join us as a Sales Development Manager to lubricants portfolio.
During the first 12–24 months, you will focus primarily on:
Mastering our sales process
Building and growing your own territory
Demonstrating consistent sales success
Developing coaching capability
Following successful completion of this development period, you will take on formal responsibility for recruiting, training, and coaching new Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson looking to step into leadership and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Sales GrowthDevelop new business within your assigned territory

Generate leads through networking, referrals, warm and cold calling
