We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Shenzhen team. This role will be instrumental in expanding our cross-border logistics and e-commerce business by identifying growth opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to grow cross-border business within China.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen vendor management capabilities in the Chinese market.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand our footprint in the region.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide regular business updates, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in cross-border logistics,

e-commerce, or international trade.

  • Industry exposure to Apparel & Footwear, FMCG/Consumables, Technology, Food & Beverage, or Personal Care & Cosmetics is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
