Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong sales
track record.
• Experience in construction business materials (hotel projects in Zanzibar) and Food
&Beverage industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in construction business materials.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Knowledge of drainage systems and waste/water treatment systems
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinking and innovation.
