We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for Sales and Services in Karaganda, Kazakhstan
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities across target markets, channels, and regions to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with dealers, partners, and key accounts, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distribution partners.
- Contribute to the development and execution of annual operating plans (AOP) for distributors, branches, and dealer networks, and support regular performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement actions.
- Use market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights—including monitoring existing products and market activity in Central Asia—to shape effective growth strategies and improve positioning.
- Lead the full opportunity lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, and Spare Parts teams to maximize service and aftermarket sales performance.
- Support and participate in marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts (including spare parts), business development reports, and insights, while evaluating pricing strategies and identifying non-standard distribution channels.

Education/ Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a customer-facing and multi-channel environment.
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, or channel networks, including partner evaluation and onboarding.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, structured sales processes, and pricing strategy evaluation.
- Experience in aftermarket, service sales, or industrial products (e.g., engines, power generation equipment) is considered an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian is required.
