Play a critical role in expanding life‑saving Emergency Care solutions across Korea. This position offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, build high‑impact distributor partnerships, and accelerate growth across Public Access, Treatment, and Transport segments. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, highly visible commercial role.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the expansion of the Emergency Care portfolio in Korea by delivering revenue growth, market penetration, and segment expansion through indirect channels.
  • Own distributor performance by setting clear targets, reviewing results, and driving corrective actions to achieve agreed commercial outcomes.
  • Design and execute partner‑specific business development, sales, and marketing plans to unlock local market potential.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across public, private, and institutional customers in collaboration with distribution partners.
  • Lead indirect marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, execution, and budget management, to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Coach and enable distributor sales teams through structured product training, sales methodologies, and joint customer engagements.
  • Act as the portfolio and market expert for Emergency Care solutions, ensuring partners can effectively position and sell the full offering.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to support decision‑making and inventory planning while ensuring compliance with all governance requirements.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing distributors, agents, or indirect sales channels.
  • Experience developing and executing business development or go‑to‑market plans.
  • Fluent Korean and professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated B2B industry.
  • Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders, including hospital leadership or public sector organizations.

Travel Percentage: 30%
