- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with homeowners and clearly explain complex concepts.
- Knowledge of residential solar products and systems, as well as familiarity with financing options and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and strategy development.
