Job DescriptionThe Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and sell-in of VCA services to key clients at Visa. The individual will bring in capabilities of building pitches / proposals and involved in deliveries. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of holding and hitting revenue targets. The three key responsibilities include:
· Business and pipeline development with specific clients
· Pursuit, problem understanding, proposal development, pitching and price negotiations
· Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
· Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments.
• Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual.
• Knowledge and understanding of banking and / or payments.
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics.
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.
• Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
• Ideal candidate will have consulting experience, with understanding of financial services and / or payments.
