Job Description

  • Have extensive and diversified experience, abilities, and knowledge of marketing and business development principles and practices.
  • Be able to develop capture strategies and direct profitable pursuits as well as to expand market share and build top-line revenue for AECOM Landscape Practice Line.
  • Have extensive relationship-building skills and strategies with external clients and be able to develop collaboration relationship with other business and practice leaders across disciplines, business lines and geographies to grow profitable business and ensure financial success as well.
  • Work independently to achieve the overall business development goals and meet capture target (USD2,500K contractual value per annum) for AECOM Landscape Practice Line.
  • Be responsible for leading, developing and guiding new project opportunities that will ensure sustained revenue and profit growth for AECOM Landscape Practice Line.
  • Have significant prior business experience supporting the development of proposals with pricing decisions.
  • Initiate and maintain extensive contacts with senior practice leaders and/or designers within the company in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues. /LP

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Design/Business or closely related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience. Industry experience (engineering / architecture / landscape) is highly preferred.
  • Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
