We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Roadway & Infrastructure (NSW) to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of our business in the NSW market, identifying new opportunities, forging strong client partnerships, and delivering smart, sustainable lighting solutions.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across Roadway, Smart City Applications, Control Integration, and outdoor infrastructure projects. Your mission? To grow market share, exceed sales targets, and help shape the future of urban lighting.

QualificationsMust have 4+ years’ experience in the Lighting industry or electrical, preferably in Infrastructure and Roadway.
Demonstrated ability to win complex, high-value projects and manage multiple stakeholders through the sales cycle.
Experience dealing with both technical and non-technical people, such as architects, engineers, contractors, councils, or developers.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and proposal documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not essential).
Must have full working rights in Australia (no restriction)

- Deliver Solutions That Matter: Craft tailored proposals that speak directly to client needs and present them with confidence to senior decision-makers.
- Empower Partner Success: Collaborate with key contractors and channel partners to ensure seamless project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
