Business Development

Project & Coordination Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Support clients through all stages of the engagement process, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all components.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new business.
- Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for management review.
- Analyze performance data and market feedback to support business planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the hospitality sector, including market trends and client needs.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
