Join a high-performing Melbourne sales team and own the full new business cycle — from prospecting to close. You’ll sell Podium’s AI platform to SMB decision-makers across key verticals, working alongside a collaborative team in the Queen & Collins CBD office.
This is a hunter role with real earning potential and a clear path to senior sales positions as the business scales across ANZ.
What you will be doing:
Close new business through consultative, relationship-based selling
Drive pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
Align Podium solutions to prospect business goals and overcome objections
Collaborate with the account team to accelerate deal velocity
Maintain market and product knowledge to position Podium as a trusted advisor
What we're looking for:
2+ years B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven closing record
Demonstrated success exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment
Strong prospecting and full sales cycle management skills
Confident communicating with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
What you should have:
Passion for online reviews and empowering SMBs
Demonstrated leadership ability (we want natural leaders)
Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales
Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO’s & VPs)

Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales
- 3+ years B2B software sales experience
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
