- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with SMDigital's growth strategy
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a BPO or digital marketing environment (Required)
- A proven closer — you have a track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
- Strategic and consultative in your approach — you sell solutions, not just services
- An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who earns trust quickly
- Self-driven, resilient, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior decision-makers with confidence and clarity

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT)
- Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid
- Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
- Noise-Cancelling Headset
- Dual Monitor is mandatory
- Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
Skills Required
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- BPO experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing
- Experience with cloud-based CRM
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Ability to articulate service benefits effectively
