Responsibilities:

Create the strategy and lead customer facing interactions both End User and Distributor focused
-
Manage the 4P’s of Marketing for Power Tool Accessories (Abrasives, Drill Bits, Cutting Wheels, etc.)
-
Act as a supportive subject matter expert in the focused industry, in product development; industrial solution development, industry insights, sourcing etc.

Work with each product team/product manager to understand future looking product roads, help identify new opportunities brought forward by customers, and be able to speak to future products with the correct external audience

Work cross functionally with marketing and sales on focused industry’s expansion and tools leadership
-
Manage and grow existing business: create plans to increase sales of existing categories and improvement of customer experience

Conduct evaluation of customer potential and develop strategic plan to achieve complete penetration of multiple product lines with customer in focused industry
-
Understands & develops detailed knowledge of the focused industry business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition

Develop and maintain program status reports to track progress and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements

Coordinate and ensure cross-functional communication including regular cross functional meetings with other departments such as Marketing, Technical Services & Solutions, Sales Operations and Finance

Prepares required sales reports and analysis, along with potential product, sales and expansion opportunities to Company leadership

Insight into Market and Competitor Intelligence and work with Sales Operation team for Market segment trends (Business Intelligence)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
-
5 – 10 years’ experience of business development and segment penetration, must have experience in selling industrial products in target sectors

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving goals
-
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions
-
Demonstrated knowledge of key financial metrics, including strong financial/budget management skills
-
Strong project management skills, solid analytical skills, and attention to detail
-
Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments

Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Decision making and result driven
