We are seeking a driven Client Success Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a phenomenal opportunity to contribute to our growth and play a crucial role in our global success.

Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager at Kantar Profiles, you will have the chance to create a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

This role involves a focus on new business development (30%) and research (70%).

Achieve Sales Targets (30%)

  • Secure new client logos by selling Kantar Profiles' offerings within designated industries in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay area.
  • Identify prospect lists and build customized approaches to engage potential clients proactively.
  • Conduct relevant conversations with prospects, focusing on identifying business opportunities and risks from the clients' perspective.
  • Work with marketing and other departments to prepare pre-sales materials.
  • Provide professional advice to prospects in need of data collection or related market research services.
  • Negotiate project and contract terms and successfully close deals.
  • Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Research Responsibilities (70%)

  • Collaborate with the research team to understand the latest market trends and insights.
  • Use research data to strengthen sales pitches and assist in client consultations.
  • Ensure that client needs are met through accurate and comprehensive research findings.
  • Stay informed about industry developments to identify potential research opportunities that align with client objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proven market research experience, with a track record of successes.
  • Proven track record to proactively sell, negotiate, convert, and close large business deals.
  • Persuasive selling skills in meetings, pitching, and proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

At Kantar Profiles, we recognize and reward our top performers. Your compensation will include a mix of base salary and sales performance-related incentives. Additionally, for any overachievement, there is an uncapped booster on the sales incentive, providing limitless earning potential.
