The Business Development Manager will drive High revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility within the assigned territory. This role owns the end-to-end B2B commercial cycle—combining primary sales and strict collection management with localized marketing activations to generate secondary demand for channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Commercial Management (Primary Function)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured B2B distribution networks.
- Ensure 100% timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain a healthy credit cycle.
- Manage high-value accounts, clinical chains, and individual retail audiologists.
- Monitor territory commercial health, analyzing sales data to identify growth white spaces.
2. Channel Partner Management & Expansion
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing B2B channel partners.
- Onboard new channel partners, audiometry clinics, and ENT hospital setups to expand market footprint.
- Implement structured partner engagement programs to ensure high brand-share-of-wallet.
3. Marketing & Secondary Demand Generation
- Design and execute ground-level B2B2C marketing activations to drive footfall for channel partners.
- Plan and organize localized community touchpoints, including residential society screening camps.
- Network with premium social clubs (e.g., Rotary Club, Lions Club) to set up corporate/social awareness programs.
- Track the ROI of field marketing investments and measure camp-to-clinic lead conversion rates.
4. Territory & Competitive Intelligence
- Map the complete geographic territory to track competitor pricing, schemes, and product positioning.
- Supply regular market intelligence reports to national marketing and product development teams.
- Utilize CRM systems to track pipelines, manage client interactions, and forecast sales accurately.
- Identify and develop new business opportunity across assigned territories
